Extended aunt Nancy Clairday dies by suicide in Colorado at 53
My mother and I learned that our aunt Nancy Clairday from Delta, CO had died this week, actually on October 19, at 53 years old. She had committed suicide by hanging. She's survived by my mother Lana and me, both here in Florida, along with grandpa Nathan who had died several months ago, our aunt Linda Wilcox, Chris McWilliams, Bruce Greer, her sons Brian Clairday from Arkansas and Gary Clairday from Grand Junction, her grandchildren Jason, Sadie and Jaylyn, our aunt Linda Wilcox, John Spinelli from Eckert, CO and his brother Richard from California, as well as extended family, but was preceded in death by her mother Fern Spinelli, her father Tom Spinelli (the stepdad of Grandpa Nathan), our aunt Shirley (who died on April 11, 2004 at 34 years old), her son Cpl. Jason Clairday (who died in combat in Iraq on December 12, 2004 at 21 years old), and uncle Leslie Stanbery.
Aunt Nancy's funeral is held sometime after her death.

Pasco Housing Authority inspects our apartment
The Pasco County Housing Authority in Dade City came to our apartment today to conduct a pre-REAC inspection of Call Court including our apartment actually.
The inspection crew included a maintenance worker named Steve. He was helpful. Here's what happened at the time of the inspection.

- One ceiling light in the kitchen had its bulbs missing. The other ceiling light was just right, but with one light bulb inserted. Kitchen lighting fixtures are decades old.
- My bedroom had some of its electrical outlet covers broken off. The bedroom also had holes in its wall that could be fixed with tools in a bucket of Home Depot paint.
- In the bathroom, it turned out that the sink, toilet and bathtub were just right.
My bedroom had two parts of the wall ripped off, which could be rebuilt using drywall tools.
All three smoke detectors were just right, with Steve deciding that one is good for a little while longer.
The fridge, range hood, and stove oven are decades old and could be replaced by newer appliances.
The laundry room looks decades old and needs a new design.
Some doorknobs are decades old.

Changes to the River Side Inn in New Port Richey
The River Side Inn in New Port Richey has made a few changes, but will make more changes in the coming months, according to a new general manager named Lisa Tipton. The people at the Inn will have to replace old beds and furniture with newer ones. Their Zenith TV's are just fine, but with occasional issues. Some of the Zenith TV's had been replaced with newer Sylvania DTV TV's. As a result of the changes the Inn has made, some of their old stuff should be put into storage at Hudson's Affordable Secure Self Storage location where my mother Lana works at (usually on weekends) as part of the Inn's series of renovations. Lisa from the Inn should let some of her co-workers put the stuff into storage, such as a Zenith TV, extra firm pillows, and comforters that look like the ones in the photos of a standard room seen on the Inn's official website. I know what they should also do. The maintenance men working there should also patch holes in bedding and use caulk to patch holes in walls, ceilings, and bathroom floors, and in addition to that they should even change lighting.
If anyone at the River Side Inn needs their bedding cleaned, they should clean it with a disinfectant spray to make the bedding smell fresher when the guests arrive at a room. Changes to key cards can also be made.

2 songs played on YouTube after Natalie Cole's death
I had to even listen to This Will Be and another song (both sung by Natalie Cole) before learning on Wikipedia that she had died at 65 years old yesterday.
